I was dissatisfied with my experience with Brandon Saiki and Apex Property Management in Spokane. My concerns included responsiveness, the handling of maintenance issues such as leaks, and the professionalism of our interactions. In my view, the service did not meet the standards I expect from a property manager. Based on my experience, I would choose a different property manager.
When I dropped off my notice to vacate, Brandon told me to “go fuck myself,” and an associate of his spat on my car. This is my account of that visit. I considered the conduct unacceptable, and it is one reason I would not recommend his services.
